Trine 4800 Roll-fed Labeling System

Speeds up to 600 containers per minute. The Trine Model 4800 roll-fed wraparound system is based off the industry standard Trine Model 4500. Designed with the same small footprint, the 4800 provides labeling speeds up to 600 cpm (36,000 cph). Equipped with advanced quick-change parts and positioning indicators for key components, a product changeover can be accomplished in less than 20 minutes. The 4800 incorporates the latest label control as well as an extended feed-screw design and a discharge stabilizer with product stability control. With faster changeovers, and affordable change parts, the 4800 is ideal for maximizing return on investment in demanding environments.
