The Graham & Sleevit ST100 Steam Tunnel is stainless steel with a double skin insulated exterior. The tunnel has a compact design for simple installations, but it is also able to be fitted in series for high-speed or zoned applications. It has a double-skin insulated body and is supplied complete with extraction hoods, drain tray and a top opening inspection door to provide access for cleaning or the removal of containers.
The Graham & Sleevit ST100 steam shrink sleeve tunnel is ideally suited for shrinking sleeves to containers with irregular shapes, those that have heavily "waisted" sections or those with large changes in shrink rates. It is also capable of shrinking PET sleeves to PET bottles and coping with thinner sleeve materials.
The Graham & Sleevit ST100 steam shrink sleeve tunnel has 8 steam delivery tubes that are individually adjustable by needle valves to give graduated steam delivery as well as on / off control. The control valves are situated adjacent to the side doors for ease of adjustment.
Steam conditioning and pressure reducing kits are available for the Graham & Sleevit ST100 steam shrink sleeve tunnel; together with extractor fans suitable for 10 meters of ducting, and systems to count containers in and out of the Graham & Sleevit ST100 steam shrink sleeve tunnel where the possibility of them falling over is present.
