9000W

The Accraply Model 9000W provides accurate, high speed wraparound labeling to a wide variety of conveyor stable, cylindrical containers. Designed for use with integrated inspection systems, the 9000W is easy to setup, operate, and maintain. 

Our Heavy Duty SP 20 Servo driven label applicator features push/pull web drive which provides extremely accurate and repeatable stop position for precise lot & expiry coding and inspection. Superior web control also gives the SP20 accurate dispensing performance at very high indexing speeds.

The flexible HMI provides all the controls necessary for various applications including set-up recipes, counters, and graphical fault displays. 

Product changeovers are simple and fast using our no-tools guides, infeed timing screw, and wraparound assemblies.
